My Clinical Practice
I am a BANT and CNHC registered nutritionist with over 6 years experience, specialising in children and women’s nutrition. After embracing the natural lifestyle movement during my first pregnancy, I became fascinated with nutrition and went on to gain my degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster.  Here my training was underpinned by the principles of functional medicine, which has a primary focus on the underlying causes of disease, in contrast to the traditional approach, which tends to focus more on symptoms. This is the approach that I use in clinical practice.

Keeping dietary recommendations as simple and manageable as possible for my clients is integral to successful outcomes. I do not recommend fad diets but instead create individual, tailor-made protocols that are abundant in deliciously nutritious foods, recipes and useful techniques. My aim is to encourage long-term sustainable changes in the approach to your diet, while supporting healing and whole-body wellness.

My Community Work
Providing nutrition education to harder to reach groups in the community is vital. I have worked for several years with the UK’s leading childhood obesity treatment programme in South London, secondary schools and within NHS weaning programmes. I currently work with a women's integrated health charity in London where I run workshops and work with more vulnerable women in the community.
