In 2017 Lola co-founded Moody Month - the moods and hormones tracking app delivering daily wellness solutions tailored to your hormones. She leads on health content across the app, product development and with B2B projects.

Lola is an experienced health and wellness writer and has worked with media and brands including British Vogue, The Times, Dazed, Elle, Dore, Brit +Co, Kat Burki skincare. She is the technical contributor to The Pilates Class Kitchen Nourish Me recipe and wellness guide and their upcoming 2024 recipe book. and to the Penguin title  Moody: The Hidden Power of Hormones


 

 
 

Health education | corporate wellness Lola develops and delivers health education in-person, and digitally and has run corporate wellness workshops for companies such as Soho House, Matchesfashion, TOTM, Sony Music and Unilever. Lola has spoken on panels for numerous live events and podcasts such as Well to Do, and But its Fine and Radio 4’s 28-ish Days Later.

Advocacy 

Lola is an advocate for diversity and inclusivity within the wellness industry. Mainstream western wellness is a beautiful mix up of healing practices, plants and science from different continents, communities, cultures and sub-cultures on this planet and Lola believes that wellness should be a space for all.

She is listed on the international directory, Equity At The Table (EATT) for food industry professionals featuring only women/gender non-conforming individuals and focusing primarily on PoC and the LGBTQ community.
