Lola is an expert in nutrition + lifestyle approaches to period health. She educates on cycle awareness and helps women find practical food + supplement solutions to help create more harmonious cycles. While women’s health is a focus, Lola runs a totally inclusive practice that encourages a whole-body approach to healing and living well.

About Lola, her work+ projects
Lola Ross (BSc Hons, mBANT, CNHC) is a registered nutritional therapist based in London with a specialisation in women’s health. She is also co-founder + nutritionist at the moods and hormone cycle tracking app Moody Month .
Lola has previously worked for the NHS and with NHS funded nutrition initiatives for young people and vulnerable women. Lola has as special interest in period health and hormonally driven conditions including weight imbalance, PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), mood health, infertility, PMS, to skin conditions. A passionate advocate for women’s health, Lola runs workshops in the community and secondary schools as well as for leading fashion brands. She is an expert contributor to women’s health publications and brand consultant + ambassador at Apothem Labs.
As a nutritionist at Moody Month, Lola uses her clinical experience and application of functional approaches in treating imbalances, to help provide evidence-based context to health and well-being solutions.
Lola is a London native and has a clinical practice in West London. She is listed on the international directory, Equity At The Table (EATT) for food industry professionals featuring only women/gender non-conforming individuals and focusing primarily on POC and the LGBTQ community.
