Summer Peach & Vanilla Protein Smoothie

This protein-rich smoothie is a simple and delicious way of harnessing the peachy goodness.

What you need

1 ripe banana or 1/4 cup of organic silken tofu

2 ripe cut peaches

1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Vanilla protein powder (dose as directed on the label)

1/2 cup of water

1 heaped teaspoon of almond nut butter

Blend well and serve room temperature or with ice
